Terms & Conditions
When booking at Turf Paws you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions:

All dogs and people that use Turf Paws do so at their own risk. Owners do not accept any liability or responsibility for any injury, illness, damage/loss of property (including vehicles) or death sustained by any person(s) or dog(s) whilst using or entering/leaving the facility.

The ground in and leading up to the dog field may be slippery or uneven. Please wear suitable footwear for the conditions.

Please do not climb on the fences or gates and do not allow your dog(s) to.

The main gate must be closed upon entry/exit and kept locked at all times for safety reasons.

Dogs must never be left in the field unattended.

Dogs must not be allowed off lead anywhere outside of the field.

If your dog/s are particularly noisy, please consider our neighbours by not bringing them to the field before 9am or after 7pm.

There is a ten minute turn around time to ensure people and dogs do not meet. You must not enter the main gate until your allocated booking time.

Children must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.

Cancellations will not be refunded.

We (Turf Paws) reserve the right to cancel/reschedule bookings at any time.

Anybody found to be breaking the rules will be banned from the premises and will not receive refunds for unused bookings.

For visitors with banned breeds you agree to the following:

The dog is registered with the index of exempted dog (IED) and a copy of the life certificate is obtained and provided to us in the event of a claim

A copy of the public liability insurance certificate for the dog is obtained and provided to us in the event of a claim

The dog handler ratio is 1:1 with their handler at all times unless with other dogs from the same household

The dog is Neutered – in line with Government Rules

The dog is Micro Chipped

The dog is kept on a lead and muzzled until the gate is shut when entering the field

You can remove the lead and muzzle once inside the field
-
The dog is put back on a lead and muzzled before opening the gate to leave the field

If the household has more than 1 dog, they can come to the field together as long as they have a minimum of 1 handler. All dogs leads and muzzles can be removed once in the field including the XL Bully
-
If there are dogs from different households, the banned breed will need to remain muzzled and on a lead at all time with a 1:1 handler
